Talking Lance's victory party

I'm going to be in Paris for the end of the TDF this year. Does anyone know of a 6th win party for Lance? I'd love to bask in the glory of a record breaking victory with a bunch of cycling crazed Americans, or anyone else who supports the mad Texan.
Go Lance!

Doesn't he, like, have to win it first, or something?

I suppose if a party is organised now though, even if he doesn't win the party could be used as a retirement celebration.
