last night i was goin down the stairs, i slipped and banged my knee into the top of the bannister on a square corner. now i'm havin trouble walkin and going up n down stairs. theres not a lot of swelling and no bruising, but the top of my tibia (where it starts to elongate outwards towards the fibula and around the knee) is very tender. its ok when my leg is locked out but when bent and under pressure it hurts a fair bit. anyone have any idea what kinda damage i coulda done? cheers in advance

I would recommend ibuprofen as a pain relief, but if it continues more than a day or two, get it checked out properly

By now I'm guessing you've seen that it shouldn't have been a big deal. Most of the time an injury as you described is "take something for the pain, things should be fairly normal in two weeks". Cheers. |
