Default Can someone help an absolute beginnner?

Hi guys,

Hopefully someone can help me out. I've just moved back to Perth and want to get involved in track cycling. Problem is, I don't know the first place to start. Do I just head out to the velodrome and hire a bike and start riding? Find a coach? Anyone got any advice that might help me?

Thanks.
