Default Is that fast???

I ride my bike reasonably often and can often cover 100 k's in just under three hours without too much difficulty, I always ride on my own and was wondering if that was considered a good time for that distance?

Or with a big tailwind. Also, on a recumbent, it's not that impressive, but on an upright with no wind on the flats, it's respectable.

The course is actually quite hilly as are all the rides here in Korea.

sounds like you are in good shape. 33km/hr in the hills is not easy.
