Question Amateur races in CA

Hi,

I'm going to move from Germany to the US, to San Francisco, and I'm searching for a list of amateure road races in the US or even better in the bay area. Is there a list on the net, or has anyone a knowlege about these kind of races. Thanks for any info and or hint and the best gretings to all road racers! = Ralf

There is a free magazine (tabloid size) called "The Competitor". You will find it in most cycling shops especially those with equipment for triathlons.

There website is: http://www.competitor.com/

Good luck. There's lots of great cycling in the Bay Area but not many big climbs.
