I am a cyclist but I recently trained and completed a marathon... I have been hungry ever since! I have been veggie for over 10 years, and I eat very healthy but right now I cannot seem to catch up. I did not really lose any ewight during the trainineg? This has never happened before with my cycling? Anyone know why?
