Question Kona Hot, any one? More info please!

Hi!
I am about to purchase a custom painted Kona Hot frame from -99!
http://www.trumpetare.se/kona01.jpg

Have searched the net but there is not much info about this model. In a forum I read that some were produced in the US. Is this true and does anyone know by witch company/framebuilder?

I am 182cm and are a bit worried that the 19" is to big. According to the sizechart I found on the web I am right in between 18 and 19". Would like to hear first hand experiences from other owners.
