Default Hard inner tube

Theres and innertube i saw at walmart and its hard, and you dont blow it up and what not. And its supposed to of couse not go flat, does anyone know if its any good? Yes i know you cant change the innertube pressure, which is a downer, becase it will be the same for MTB, and when im just cruisin to the mall.

Any kind of solid tire/tube is generally a bad idea. The ride is horribly uncomfortable.
