Default Injury back to training

I just recently strained my hip flexor(so I have been told) and I'd like to get back into running/biking training as soon as possible. If anybody has suggestions(i.e. stretches, possible activities or anything else). I'd like to get back to my XC biking training as soon as possible with little pain and soon back to my track conditioning, but with the injury I've been slowed a lot. Help is appreciated.
Thanks
