Very broad question ..........
There are a few books and articles on it online, go to google and run a search, that will be your best bet. The key is getting used to a proper position on the bike, it is a lot different feel to the bike when you are in an aero position, and will often use a slightly different group of muscles. So if you are not prepared and have not trained for TT's, when you enter one with an aero set-up, you'll actually end up being slower than you would on your regular bike.
