does anyone know where i could buy the this jersey??

you can't, that's a World Champions jersey, you have to earn it. You might get it without the rainbow stripes in Europe but it's unlikely, these long sleeve CX jerseys are not made in large amounts, they are usually specifically made for the individual riders.

shops? don't know of any where you can get Euro jerseys. You could try probikekit or worldcyclingproductions but Euro CX jerseys are hard to find. Maybe in Belgium you could get some? That's the hot bed of Cross, try finding a Belgian cycling shop.

It's a Belgian national jersey (with Rabobank advertising) with former world champion rings on the cuffs. Black kit always looks superb.

yep, that's it allright, what I meant to say was it's a jersey that belongs to a World Champ as opposed to it's a World Championship jersey. And yes black looks good for Sven, better than the all white that is in fashion right now.
