I am trying to service my Headshok(Fatty Ultra) and was wondering if anyone had a service manual or any tips on tearing it down. I have looked on Cannondale's website and haven't found anything very useful. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for helping a brother out.

All the info is there in the downloadable manuals on C'Dales site but it can be percieved as a bit sketchy alright.I've got a couple of Headshoks and they require special tools to service.Other than giving the bearing races an occasional lubing they just aren't very user friendly when it comes to servicing.I've found it to be a dealer only job sometimes requiring shipment back to Cannondale.I've had two Headshoks sent to Cannondale.Turnaround(back to BC)was about a month on both occasions.
