Default Measuring power without a power meter

Is there any way to measure power output without buying the very expensive power meters? Sorry if this has been asked before. Thanks.

To *measure* power output you'd have to have a power meter of some description. You can estimate power to a very high accuracy (if you know specific data) with maths/physics. Try www.analyticcycling.com
