Default Cold weather problems

I live in Texas and dont usually have to deal with cold weather, but now its cold and I was wondering if cold weather riding could cause bladder or kidney infections.

Let me know what yall have experienced

I havent heard of any direct relationship between cold weather riding and bladder/kidney problems....though im no doctor!! I suspect any kidney problem relating to exercise and cold weather would be due to a lack of fluid intake.

On another point, it's interesting to see the number of dirtbike riders who wear a kidney belt to prevent kidney stones forming as a result of bouncing over the rough terrain......I'm a long term mtber and havent had any problems yet....Makes me wonder though if i should be wearing one.

WOW.
WHAT PLANET ARE YOU TWO FROM.
HOW COLD IS IT IN TEXAS?
I'VE PUT IN 230 THIS WEEK AND IT NEVER WARMED UP OVER 23. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE GETTING A KIDNEY INFECTION OR BLADDER INFECTION.
KIDNEY BELTS ARE FOR BACK SUPPORT NOT KIDNEY STONES.

I live in seattle and bike alot.

bladder and kidney infections are brought on by not drinking enough liquid and addequit enough sleep. drinking to much caffeine and riding alot can cause dehidration. so drink alot of water or a sports drink.
