Default avoiding training with 'christmas stars'

As ive wanted my training to be mainly aerobic during the winter, especially the long fat-burning rides, the last couple of weeks have seen the egos coming out.I wheeled about the week before but last week just dropped off and went on myself so to keep my heart rate down.

The usual 4ish hrs run started seeing the Egos coming out to play and everyone was singled out for about 2hrs wheeling about, which I didnt really fancy at this time of year. Its a long way to the season so thinking about finding another steady weekend run until Jan/Feb .

Anybody else having this problem just now.Im on the right track tho eh?Dont want to be flying in Feb then burnout in April/May
