What food or drinks(like alcohol) do you tend to stay away from cause you have proven to yourself that it bogs you down, maybe makes you feel slugish etc, before a race or even during your training?
And on the other hand, what food seems to pick you up, gives you boost so to speak(and stay away from caffeine things, like ephedra supplements)? Please Let us know, maybe we can benefit from your findings ![]() |
