SCOOBA STEVE:
I've owned several Polar monitors since 1990. They are without question the finest you can buy, and set the standard for all others to follow. Any Polar you buy regardless of model/price will be accurate and last a long time. You can't go wrong with any Polar monitor!!! Happy shopping!!!

Hi SS... I totally agree with J-MAT ..
Polar is priced very reasonably, in fact, I think it is the best price for the best product. Their aftersales service is brilliant. I have the S210, which is more for a runner, but still good for a cyclist. I'm able to set my exercise programs in 4 stages. Warm up, hard ride, cool down and recovery. I can set it at a certain Heart Rate Zones for each area for any time. I also use it to establish my Fitness Level, it calculates (although not 100% accurate) your max HR and VO2Max. Definitly a good investment.
