Question need help on making a mountain bike purchase??

WAS LOOKING TO BUY A MONGOOSE TECH 4\2004, OR A MONGOOSE WING ELITE FS, THIS ONE HAS DUAL DISC BRAKES AND RETAILS 4 499.99. BUT THE TECH 4 ONLY HAS A FRONT DISC BRAKE AND RETAILS 4 799.99...... WHY IS THAT????AND SHOULD I BUY THROUGH ONLINE OR DIRECT FROM A SHOP????? THANKS BrO'S......

hi,
U sure u want a mongoose? Look for some secondhand bikes.
The second one will have better parts probably. Get a diamondback xsl for the same price and they r better bikes.
