Talking Revised Work out

This week I increased my time at the gym. I'm now on the bike machine for 45 minutes for at least 4 days a week. It isn't easy staying on the bike machine for that amount of time but I'm determined to meet my goals. I may increae it to an hour each day.
I'm also changing my eating patterns. I'm not much into cakes, cookies & all that other garbage so I don't have to stop eating what I don't eat to begin with. I do eat tv dinners & I know I have to eliminate that from my "diet". I eat salads & intend to eat more vegatables & fruit & more healthfull food.
My short term goal is to get down to 140 pounds from my current weight of 148 in about a month from now. Is that too ambitious?
My long term goal is to get down to 135 pounds by next summer & to eat better.
