Question mtb rides round manchester

hey guys and gurls (so not 2 b called sexist)
im a quite small in experienced rider and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good trails or Dh, just anything really in the south manchester area. Im in cheadle hulme just south of stockport and all i could get to really is where i can ride 2 and where i can get a train 2.

I ride Delamere Forest which is near south manchester and also Beeston. I only just recently starting riding again as finished University, I used to ride and race on a regular basis. If interested in organising a ride drop me a line on 07763406625 or e-mail back.
