Hiya Tom. Thought about you the other day. Ed Gin rode out this-a-way and we
hooked up for a ride up the trail. Saw a couple of guys with a theodolite
set up on the Hillquist lot. Maybe someone has plans to clean up that
eyesore.

Would anyone else but William Higley, Sr., PLS know what a theodolite is?

About time someone did something to the Hillquist site - it has been
more than 3 years since development plans were started.
