No I wasn't thinking about that. It just seemed an normal complaint of
an non-cyclist ( although it could be true).
I was referring to the article where it said
"Le Vélib' a fait oublier les ratés de la politique des transports de
la première mandature. Les embouteillages, la suppression des places
de parking, les couloirs de bus, les travaux du tramway ont pourtant
alimenté la grogne des Parisiens pendant quatre ans."

I was just wondering what the main complaints were. les travaux du
tramway was pretty clear though now that it is running I have read
that usage is pretty high and a lot of people seem happy with it.

Me too. It's not a newspaper which sets any value on clearly
distinguishing fact from opinion.
