Hung out to dry by Road Runner!
Time Warner dropped access to all Usenet newsgroups today.
I was just about to let Joseph know that I started "training" for a 644 km (400 mile) week, and they pulled the plug on me. The good news is I improved my year to date best from 503 km to 528 km. The bad news is that I did this during a heat wave, when temperatures were routinely topping the 35C (95F) mark. I was t-i-r-e-d by the end of the week, and then two "friends" took me on their "Three Hills" ride. I'm thinking maybe I'll try for 400 miles in the fall.... |
