It's kind of ironic that in the video, one of the naked bike riders
mentions that cyclists are more often "squished" than noticed because
on this very same day, this happened.

My daughter and I came across that scene on our way to Boulder that
day. I knew somebody must have died and I could not imagine how it
happened because the bike was on the drivers side - not the passenger
side. I figured that the cyslist must have rode INTO the truck when
he/she was merging onto Foothills Drive. After reading the article,
that appears to be what happened.
