Menchov looked good today but won't go too far in the red with the Tour to come. |

Doubt it, he'll take a bit hit tomorrow. Simoni is looking strong to me, still believe in Kloden if he can hang on tomorrow. >Menchov looked good today but won't go too >far in the red with the Tour to come. |

Bruseghin hung on very well today but I will be surprised if he can do that in each of the big mountain stages. He also doesn't have an incredibly strong team for controlling the race. Menchov is in too good a position to check his HRM and sit up if he is in a group with the other favorites, but he might not go all-in if faced with a long attack. Kloden lost too much time today, if that happens again, forget it. I like Pellizotti, but he doesn't TT well enough. Simoni is in an interestingly dangerous position, and he did pretty well in the stage 10 TT so he might not lose much time on the last stage. And he has nothing to lose. He could attack from a longer way out next time. Ol' Gibo may be a loudmouth, but I would like to see him put the screws to everyone once again; he is a Force To Be Reckoned With. Ben |
