Hi Fellow cyclists,
I am planning to do a cycle ride from the west coast of USA to the east coast over the coming year. I have researched the routes and there is either the northern tier route or the trans america route, both around 4200 miles long and I believe are over different terrain- the trans america is crier but the northern tier is tougher with the hills. Dloes anyone have any knowlege of both routes? I have looked on adventure cycling.com and it gives no details on whether these two routes are road routes or they are cross country routes. I have been advised to tour america during the summer- even though its drier its more safe than winter because of the bad snow/colder climates in the hills. I am trying to get some corporate sponsorship at the moment to fund this, if anyone can help me out with this too I would be greatful. Thanks for taking notice Rob |
