Default advice on wedge bags

I'm new to commuting and I really don't need to carry that much with me. I drive once a week and take in and out the clothes that I need. Work stuff goes on a flash drive.

I would really like some suggestions on ways to carry the small items that I need with me. Wallet, cell, bike tool, tube, etc.

I think somelthing in the 120 to 150 cu inch range is what I would need. I really don't want a rack over the back wheel with a bag.

So 3 questions please:

Do you like wedge bags?

Do they work?

Which ones should I look at?

Thanks for your help.

Look on Ebay for a frame bag. I have one that fits in the triangle of the frame and I carry all kinds of stuff in it.
