Default 9 weeks, L4 and L5

My goals for the season have changed due to my arm being in a cast for 6-8 weeks. No road races but I still intend to participate in hillclimbs and tt's.

Maximum duration for main hillclimb is 45 minutes (9 weeks away). Most are shorter than that though. I would also like to increase my 10-min power to the highest possible by that time. Should I just forget about doing anything very long, or continue to try and elevate my CTL?(currently 85, it leveled off a little bit during the last 3 week block because I had a hard time finishing a couple of long weekends).

My training has been going pretty well over the winter. Last time I tested, my 20-min power was only 3w shy of last years peak (337). That was 7 weeks ago. My 10-minute power(365), which I did on Tuesday, equaled last years peak.

I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions as to how i should balance my weeks with L4(15,20,30 mins) and L5 (5 min only?). How many days of each could I do in 1 week without overloading myself? Is now to early to start serious VO2 max sessions?

Thanks for any suggestions.
