Default Fuji Absolute 2.0 vs Trek 7.3 FX

Hi,

I am looking at getting a new bike for my commute. Currently using an old road bike that is a bit worse for wear and not the best fit.

I'm set on getting a flat-bar road bike. I have done a lot of looking around and riden many bikes, narrowed it down to these two.

Fuji Absolute 2.0

Trek 7.3 FX

Which bike do you think would be better?

Are there any other bikes I should consider?

I'm leaning towards the Fuji for the carbon fork but I have a feeling the Trek frame might have better longevity.

Thanks.

Both bikes are close on the spec's but your right about the trek having a better frame. The "black" aluminum is double butted where the fuji's altair 1 is not. But the fuji comes with a better wheelset. I say it comes down to your budget and which bike rides better. But I would probably lean towards the trek.
