Does anyone else suffer from not being able to get to sleep after a big
ride? Today was a big one - and here I sit midnight and just cant go to sleep. Have been to bed twice now, am totally worn out but have found that after a heavy day of any form of excersise sleep just doesnt come to me. Is it the endorfs or what? Help! Kathy. |

I suggest a warm Milo with some milk - the lactose helps to relax you. Put your fluffy scuffs on and relax for half an hour in front of the tele. |
