Man, I'm so positive and focused on my season that I don't get distracted by cute women (or maybe I'm just too old
). Crashing out of a stage race yesterday sure distracted me some. There goes my CTL. ![]() P.S. Twas cool to finally meet Dave R. My teammate told me of a guy from Wyoming racing here who hasn't ridden outside this season until now. I knew right away. ![]()

Maybe it would help if he repeatedly spammed every cycling-related forum. Oh wait, he already did. I skimmed one of his articles once and it was the worst, most useless thing I'd ever read on Pez and that takes some doing. |

Mental... that's what I was thinking when I decided that 90F was just the right temperature to launch into three hard 30 minute efforts up a fecking long steep hill on Power Cranks.
I think I puked a little after the last one... I still don't feel like having a beer. Something ain't right I tell ya. I did manage about 10 yards out of the saddle though!!!!! ![]() |

O.K....you goy my interest here. So tell me how did Dave do? Dave's numbers have been shooting up and his bodyweight, he was real smart and had been loosing about 1 pund per week since feb so I thought once he went outside he was going to fly.
Sorry to hear about the crash but from the way you write it, I imagine that you did not suffer any serious injuries. -js Quote:

I forgot to mention that this guy might give Frank Day some competition for the Human Spambot Awards, which Frank has won 271 consecutive times.

My injuries don't appear to be serious, just some swelling around the knee and wrist, preventing me from riding for now. Early mini peak here I come. ![]()

Both road stages would have made Bill Black proud in an HOP sense. Real dynamic with constant attacks, counters and chases. That first road stage looks more like a crit from my power files, jump to 700+, Tempo back to 240, jump again... I got in a couple of breaks but like the rest of the guys couldn't make anything stick. Anyway, great to get outside and ride a bike that actually moves Also nice to know I can hang with the fast guys after a winter of indoor riding, and a nice start to the season.-Dave P.S. Bummer about your knee Piotr, a pleasure to meet you (for the record, he's a good guy and full of positive energy, especially following an unfortunate mishap in the morning's Cat 3 race.....) |

It is early in the season and sure you will be back on the bike before you know it. From the way Dave described the courses, pretty wild. Being from an area where we go round and round for a race, this is a type of race I can only watch on video.
