looked at the website for planetbike, and i have only one question -- are you talking about the old-style fenders w/ the little axle attachment struts? if so, then the answer is: you can't.
get something from SKS.

I held out hope for being able to add attachment points with a fiberglass auto body repair kit but wound up just getting a different bike for the rain instead of trying it.
