Default Hard rubbish alert - Perth - child seat

Hi guys,

there is a bring-out-your-dead in Dianella at the moment. On The
Strand, about 50m east of the intersection with Surrey, there is a
park and on the verge is a child's seat, the kind that clamps to your
bike rather than attaching to the hub. I had one like this once but I
lost the clamp. Looks like good nick, bit of surface rust nothing
worse.

If anyone in or near Canberra wants one of these, I have a pair of
them hanging up in my shed.

Which is kind of funny, considering that I have no children and a
vasectomy.

Hmmm, but you never know....

My kids too old (just), otherwise I'd be at your front door.

Tomasso.

PS: Too old means "have their own bikes".

BT... I have some friends in Banks who have made noises about getting
one for their littlin. I'll find out if they're still interested and get
back to you some time.

.... and wear condoms? To be sure, to be sure, to be sure!

BT, can you give me the details of the child seats you have? My friends
in Banks are interested but would like to know some details.

Cheers,

Bean

They're out at my place at Tarago at the moment. I'm going out there
on Friday, I'll bring them back then.

OK. Do you know the brand name of them? Perhaps I can get my friends to
research them to see if it's the sort of thing they really want.

Cheers.

Sorry, no clue. They were the type with a substantial framework
attaching them to the bike though, not just a clamp to the seatpost.

Would they be more inclined to gratefully accept them if you mention
that they're free/gratis/no payment required? ;-)
