Default Athletic nutritional guide

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone knows about a good nutritional guide for cyclists or general endurance athletes that can be found on the web, or possibly in book form. I'm looking for something that's detailed, proven to be effective, and compiled in an easy to read format. Reading posts in this section just doesn't do it for me, the differences of opinion and scattered information allows me to grasp only parts of the whole picture. Thanks in advance.

This is a particularly good web resource: http://www.hammernutrition.com/down...inghandbook.pdf

Sure, you've got to sort through the parts that push their own products, but still lots of good information in those pages.

In book form you might try: http://www.amazon.com/Advanced-Spor...t/dp/0736059415
or
http://www.amazon.com/Endurance-Spo...05505968&sr=1-3

Both are pretty standard sports nutrition books, but well grounded in science not hype, myths or fads.
