Cycle to Africa.....from the UK?!
Hi There
Myself and a few others (for the moment) are organising a charity ride/rally from the UK, 6000 miles by bike (depending on your route) to Kenya, planning to leave end of sept 08! At the moment we are trying to spread awareness of the event, asking friends and anyone else who may be interested to: add support, advice, donations or just pass on the details to someone who they know who may be interested is setting up their own team! Any help or interest is most appreciated, please add your input, serious or not, it would be brilliant to get any feedback from people, and if your interested in the event think about it! Hey,
It sounds like an interesting ride, i would be very much up for it, just awaiting to get a new road bike, a trek or someother reliable make. Do you have any ideas on the cost involved??
