Default Headset/stem too short, I'm uncomfortable

I have a Trek 4500 hardtail. I'm 6'3'' and I have to have my seat really high for my legs to be able to extend fully. All the bending over to reach the handle bars takes a toll on my back. Do they make different size headsets that would help this?

Get a stem riser, Zoom, Dimension, Heads-Up, etc...

Or some riser bars.
