Default UCI's doping foundation

It's a foundation against doping not for doping in case you were confused. Headed by McQuaid. How can anything go wrong?

It has a five million euro budget. I wonder what McQuaid get paid for his position. It must be nice to be able to set up foundations with UCI money and appoint yourself to lead them.

It will be interesting to see if it draws extra revenue to fight doping. They need to get extra money from somewhere.

I wonder if it might be used to fund extra "random" test trips. I mean, what's the bet that if Levi says he is training in Tahiti, that a party of UCI testers (including Pat and Anne doing an audit of the system) don't turn up there for a week.

Surely McQuaid is not going to draw any extra income from his role? I think he is more interested in controlling how the money is spent.

Would you bet on that? Maybe he'll just expense his travel and high life to the foundation.
