Default Overzealous doping agents

So I pulled these posts off of bicycling.com's forum. They are about the female doping escort at the ToC.

The person in question is a good friend of mine. She thought the events that occurred were pretty humorous, esp. when a certain Slipstream rider lifted one cheek and cut a very loud f**t. She thanked him for that! She did tell me that there was a problem with AToC finding sufficient male volunteers to cover the doping controls. Though apparently a certain world champion with an insect nickname suggested may she was there to give the riders all b*****bs. Such a gentleman he must be! Grow up, peeps.

All in all, she took everything with great humor and was glad to have the opportunity to work "behind the scenes" but maybe could had done without "all" of the scenery!

Overzealous??? Nope...just doing the job assigned.

I am the "overzealous" anti-doping escort. For the record: I did not enter the shower and I did not see anyone shower. I was instructed to enter the team bus if the rider did not want to go straight to anti doping. Kevin Hulsman took off on his bike after I indentified myself from being from Anti-Doping which he was not supposed to do. He was out of my sight for about 7 mins. When I entered the team bus he was in the shower and I waited for him in the main part of the camper. Some of the riders chose to cover themselves up with a towel and others paraded themselves in front of me undressed. If they were so concerned about a woman being in their presence why wouldn't they cover themselves up? Only one person could take a shower at the same time so they were waiting around for their turn in the shower. In addition, I was treated disrepectfully by the team doctor and there were comments made about "b***j**s" by a couple of the riders. I was only following the instructions given to me. The following day I was assigned to David Millar and David and the Slipstream management were nothing but polite and cooperative. The QuickStep team was obnoxious and this story is not being conveyed truthfully.

Default Re: Overzealous doping agents

Quick Step must go. I have no respect for Bettini.

I spoke to one of these dopng control volunteers a few years ago in Philly. He told me that his instructions were to actually grab hold of the winner and escort him to the control. He was told to expect the team staff to try to interfere with the process but he shouldn't let go of the rider if possible. So, Leon von Bon wins one of the races earlier in the week. The inspector grabs him by the arm and says come over to doping control. On the way to the control, the team staff from Mercury physically intervenes and pulls von Bon away from the doping control guy and they shuttle him straight to the shower. The inspector follows. Leon apparently hops into the shower with his clothes still on and proceeds to begin taking a piss as he is getting undressed. After showering and pissing, Leon goes to the control.

I hope the inspector is reading this so he can confirm my understanding of the story.
I would hope that Hulsmans gets suspended for skipping out on a doping test. It sounds as if this is standard operating procedure.
