Default 10 speed spacing

I was running Mavic Cosmos wheels with DA 8 speed stuff but I just installed a DA 10 speed kit tonight and I'm having what I think is a spacing issue with the cassette. The Cosmos freehub will work with the 10 speed cassette right? I think I just need to dork around with the spacers.

Yes but you need the fat-ish Mavic supplied spacer AND the thin 1mm shimano spacer..both onto the freehub body before the cogset.
