PT data download error
While starting to download todays data from my PT Pro via WKO+, I got an error and now can not establish a link between the WKO+ client and the device. The PT CPU will not poweroff and remains in "host" mode. Anybody else had this happen and what is the best course of action?
Update: I wound up removing the battery to reset the unit. Data was persisted to flash memory so no problem. Thanks anyway.
