The root of the problem is that the powers-to-be don't give a hoot about this. Only one mod, Lim (who manages the GT section), is diligent about deleting spam threads.

However much you spam him or pm him or shout will make no difference. It is not a person that posts these things it is an automated computer program.... the only way to fix it is to ban it and then delete its posts, which needs moderators, which we seem to be lacking.
