Default Bianchi "Professional"

Anyone know anything about this early 90's road bike? It has shimano 600 and campy components and a chrome stem... I'm looking at one for sale on craigslist, and really like the bike, but am pretty certain the seller has overpriced it at $650... what would be a reasonable asking price for this bike in good condition? I'd like make an offer that isn't insulting, but I'm a student, so don't want to overpay either... any advice is appreciated- original retail value, depreciation, approx. worth, etc... Thanks! I haven't been able to find any information about this model online... perhaps because it is in the gap between "vintage" and newer bikes? Any feedback on this model would be most helpful. Take care!
