I LOVE Mexican food. What is your best quality? Loyalty to my friends and family. What is your worst weakness? Beer! Which country, that you have visited, impressed you most? Philippines. What do you dislike most about other people? Laziness Describe your perfect day? Riding my bike to my favorite fishing spot. Spend all day without seeing anyone else. Just me and nature. What is your marital status? Married. What is your favorite color? White What is you best physical feature? My hands. Do you believe in God? Yes! What would you like your epitaph to read? He was a good man. Who is your favorite cyclist? Miguel Indurain What is your favorite bike? My 2005 Orbea Lobular. If I had to pick my “lust” bike, it would be a custom, hand built, bike from a small builder. What is your preferred cycling endeavor? To ride the route of the Vuelta, the same year that the race is held. Just to compare myself against the pros. |

Dublin - Ireland. Where is your favourite location to visit? Probably Italy : although France and Germany rate highly in my book. Rome is my favourite destination. When was the last time you cried? At the funeral of a relative who died way before her time. What is your favourite food? Italian food - pasta/lasagne. What is your best quality? When I commit to something, I commit 100%. What is your worst weakness? Impatience : I tend to assume that everyone else operates at my speed. Which country, that you have visited, impressed you most? Italy - for it's quality of life. What do you dislike most about other people? I don't like bullies. Describe your perfect day? My perfect day is good weather, and having lots of free time during that day to do as I please. What is your marital status? Married. What is your favourite colour? Navy. What is you best physical feature? I'm told that my legs are my best feature! Do you believe in God? I do. What would you like your epitaph to read? He made a good contribution while here. Who is your favourite cyclist? Several favourites : Michele Bartoli, Laurent Jalabert, Miguel Indurain, Sean Kelly. What is your favourite bike? My Pinarello. What is your preferred cycling endeavour? Used to be road racing...but these days I enjoy touring.

Kentucky, USA Where is your favourite location to visit? The bar at the Galt House in Louisville. Stocks over 100 varieties of bourbon. When was the last time you cried? When my mother died. 20 years ago, I still miss her. What is your favourite food? Crab legs and cheesecake. What is your best quality? Tenacity. What is your worst weakness? Procrastination, when I don't like something. Which country, that you have visited, impressed you most? Holland - most cycle friendly place I've ever seen, the coffee was terrific and the beer was both good and cheap. What do you dislike most about other people? Arrogance and self absorption. There's a wonderful world outside of your mind, if you can just see it. Describe your perfect day? A 60 mile ride through horse farm country, 65 degrees F, scattered clouds, and few cars on the road.
