i was wondering if someone could post or direct me to a beginners bike training routine.
im not planning to be super hardcore but i would like to get into racing. thanks |

The first few pages of the Mega thread "It's killing me but" should help. If you don't have a trainer that measures watts you can go by 92% of max speed for a given duration (usually 20 minutes) as a good target intensity as long as your trainer has a predictable speed to power relationship.
