A coach is one of the very few upgrades that can actually produce a noticeable performance improvement on the road.

Very cool.

That's fantastic! Sounds like you've been seriously bitten by biking! As Alienator said, a coach can teach you good habits and training routines. She will also be able to objectively analyse your riding and point out what you are doing right, and more importantly, what you are doing wrong. If she is a good coach, she will be able to tell you how to fix what ever you may be doing wrong. Good luck, listen to your coach, and keep us posted as to how you are doing .

With the spread of all of those internet tubes running from computer to computer, cycling coaches are much more able to make a go of their chosen profession. Between Google, bike org. connections, racing bodies, and the occasional older, rich, and sexually insatiable heiress, it's much easier, now, to find cycling coaches.....and cheaper.
