What do you usually eat for lunch? Any healthy lunch and snack ideas?

I'm not sure that's a question you should be asking at this time of year
![]() Currently trying to shift that last few pounds, so my daily calorie allowance is around 1300. For work, I alternate between the following (all on 2 slices sourdough) I don't know if you would call them healthy, but I like them ![]() salami, philadelphia cream cheese spread (extra light), lettuce (317 cals) salmon, philadelpia cream cheese spread (extra light), lettuce (220 cals) peanut butter, slice of Jarlsberg cheese, lettuce (324 cals) and also a piece of fruit - currently my choices are apricots, plums and nectarines (it being summer down here in Australia) On the weekends after a ride, I have either a banana smoothie (245 cals) or something like a tuna salad (243 cals), baked beans on toast (282 cals), or sardines on toast (180 cals). If I'm out shopping, then my preferred lunch is sushi. I'm not actually a snack person, but when I feel like something between meals then it's usually nuts or dried fruit |
