Default 5 min test - My AVG power is higher than NP???

I performed a 5 minute power test today and noticed that my average power for the 5:01 was 347W whereas the NP was 346W. Does this make sense?

Yeah, if you go through the NP algorithm and be sure to include the 30 second averaging you can get results like this where the NP is lower than the AP, especially for very short efforts. Remember NP isn't considered very accurate or useful for evaluating such short efforts. That one threw me for a loop when I first saw it, but it happens fairly regularly for short intervals.

Sorta. It's an artifact of the math for square-wave intervals between 5 - 5.5 minutes.
