Hello
Most people gain very easily weight and most people have a very hard time getting rid of excess weight. Seems to me that our body doesn't follow the simple FIFO (first in first out) rule which is used on every food service facility. So we keep storing fat over and over again and use fresh food instead for our body functioning needs. How nice would it be to use our fat reserves on a daily basis and feel satisfied, allowing us not to eat until strictly necessary. So until human body evolves into FIFO fat management, we have to go out and do those long 4 hours endurance rides and/or stick to a healthy diet Regards |
