I am looking for ideally an excel form that I can plan my day to day workouts on so I can see how hard I am working and what systems I am working on. If possible something that will chart my miles/km and/or workout times.

http://www.teamgupster.com check out his spreadsheet. looks very good and is based on friels book. I've started using it and had to modify it to include TTS points, hours, kilometers but all in all, it's a very good spreadsheet with some notes even. Hadn't had the chance to thank him yet but in case he happens to read this post, thank man! The spreadsheet rocks! |
