Local set to compete in Olympic qualifying (Pittsburgh Tribune-Review)
Cyclist Mike Friedman, a 2001 Peters Township graduate currently in residence at the U.S. Olympic Training Facility in Colorado Springs, Colo., is one of 20 Americans who will compete at the 2007 UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classic in Sydney beginning today through Sunday.
